• Available to new and existing patients at SmileWorks Dental Doreen.
  
  
• Offer applies to a single in-chair whitening treatment only. Take-home kits, follow-up treatments, or additional products are not included unless otherwise specified.
  
  
• Patients must be assessed as clinically suitable for whitening prior to treatment. Suitability is determined by the treating dentist. If deemed unsuitable, the appointment fee will be discussed at the time of booking.
  
  
• Whitening results vary between individuals and cannot be guaranteed. The treating dentist will discuss realistic expectations at the time of appointment.
  
  
• Not suitable for patients who are pregnant, breastfeeding, or under 18 years of age.
  
  
• Not redeemable in conjunction with any other offer or discount.
  
  
• Payment required in full on the day. Health fund rebates may apply — check with your provider.
